Side Crunch using a Stability Ball
This video is excellent describing good form on the ball. Let me add a few things...
1) You could place hands behind head for more comfort, but be sure to not pull on the neck
2) For an even more advanced core movement, stack your feet on top of each other
(Sorry it's not me, but this brotha is nice eye candy......)

My official boycott of this blog has begun. Me and all of my celebrity friends (David, Rachel, Paula N-F, Emeril, you know the rest) will no longer post smart ass comments on this otherwise excellent blog until we see the actual 'Queen of the stability ball' perform on her own blog. Even if I was gay, I'd rather see Shannon than this dude (maybe not).
