"A person's a person, no matter how small."
This week I've got my musical theater hat on. I'm costumer, playbill organizer, crowd silencer, etc. We've been in production for Seussical Jr. since January. Our performances are Thursday & Friday night. My daughter plays a lead part as a "Bird Girl" and she just shines when she gets on stage. The funny thing (not so funny) is I've got the worse case of laryngitis, I mean I can't squeak out a syllable.
I guess it's the after affects of that cold I had last week. I won't be able to get on the training until Saturday morning. I can't wait to share the photos with ya'll.

Wow... you are one busy girl. Love your previous post. Looks like a great "family" day. :)
OH, how fun. Hopefully, you're feeling good just can't speak?
AND yes, I do the whole wet/conditioner routine with the hair + cap and it's still feelin like cotton candy:(
that sounds super fun!!!
Sounds like too much fun! Have a blast, and try not to yell at the kids! ;-)
Hope your voice comes back soon! Like, maybe by tomorrow? Good luck to you and break a leg to your daughter! :)
Too much travel has kept me away from far too many of my family's precious personal moments. ENJOY !!
I sure wish I was there to see my baby girl do what she does best! And to laugh at you "TRING to yell at them kids"!!! Good luck to you both! Love you bunches!!
Break a leg!!! :)
O, man! All the branches at the library I work at have been doing Dr. Seuss programs left and right because of Read Across America and Teh Good Dr.'s B-day.
Shannon the biker from back of the pack
Was Seussing her butt off in "Seuss!" in 2 acts
But Beavens to Hetsy! and no one rejoices!
She lost not just two, but all three of her voices!
Not Cat in the Hat nor Bartholomew Cubbins
With finger nor toes, neither lengthy nor stubbins
Knew how to get Shannon her three voices back!
"Let's rent her a fourth from The Lang-yoo-age Shack!"
With apologies to T.S. Geisel
P.S. There is no real place called the Lanuage Shack.
But good luck getting your voices back.
Sound like a blast. Hope you get your voice back and feel better!
I've heard great things about that show. What a fun event!
my wife and I love music theater....sounds like a fun show
It was more like 28 when I ran; just 8 in the a.m. Thanks for the bow though; I'll take it!
That sounds pretty cool!
Break a leg tonight!
