Cold, Wendy, & a Smile

Rest Of Today
Partly sunny and breezy. Highs in the mid 30s. North winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 30 mph.

It was a cold morning in the Old Dominion for the 10 miles I had to "get 'er done." I guess Wendy slept in this morning, but I ran into her cousin Gusty, this whole family is getting on my nerves.  I feel we may go to fist-a- cuffs the next time I go out for a run if this doesn't stop.  I have a huge smile of my face because I have no aches or pains and I shaved a couple minutes off of last weeks 10 miler.  Well I'm off to put some lipstick on, I think I'm having a nooner with my foam roller.

That is most gusty and gets old real fast! Way to hit it and not puss out, though. I'm finding that very easy to do these days:) Nooner with foam vs. the stick...not sure what I prefer, hehehe.

I know what you mean, I have run into those two cousins before and it's exhausting! Nice job on getting it done though!

A nooner with a foam roller.... LOL!!!! I love that!.

You are my hero for getting out in this cold, windy weather.

I was going to have a nooner with my running shoes, but alas I have to stand them up... I'm hoping they won't be too mad for a quickie after work

Great 10 miler! So YOU'RE the other woman when it comes to the foam roller.

Nice job. I was thinking about my run last night and how I have no aches and pains. It's awesome, isn't it!

Gotta love Wendy and Gusty... I think they have relatives up here too.

Mmmm... nooner.

It'd be more sexy if it were with another sexy woman. And not just a piece of foam. Just sayin.

p.s. I'm posting "our interview" tomorrow....
