Berry Blast!



After a hard workout with me try this muscle repairing smoothie!

"Berry Blast"

>1/4 Cup fat-free plain Greek Yogurt
>1 Cup Water
>1 Cup Frozen Organic Mixed Berries
>1 Scoop Whey Protein
>1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
>1 Tbsp. honey
>ice
(ADD one small hand full Spinach, can't taste it I promise!)
