Irony

___________________

The one subject I used to love to teach my little ones was irony. This past week I had another example of irony I could share with my students. Come along and listen to this example of irony kidz.

Mom finishes Nation's Triathlon swim in 45:10 the same week her son joins the swim team and his coach says, "Your son has an amazing freestyle stroke."

Irony?

Swimming to me is a lot like doing cartwheels and flips. You can pick them up fairly easily as a kid but the older you get, the harder it is to learn. Irony, indeed!
