5~Tight~Awesome~Rad~Shiznit~da Bomb Things!

So what are the "cool terms" to say instead of Awesome?

Anyhoo....

1.) My Newest Challenge

~No, not be a tall black dude that plays basketball. I've been standing on top of the stability ball and now I can actually squat down and hold it for 1 minute. Check out this video to see what I mean.

2.) Soothe Your Pain

~Saw this video on the web this week. This brotha rocks it out. If you like the track you can go here and download it. Enjoy.

3.) Bloggers Who Inspire Me

Everyday I read something inspiring....these guys inspire me to push harder-go longer-stay lifted- and BE AWESOME ;)

and many more......

THANK YOU!

4.) Rudy Garcia-Tolson

~Tell me again why you can't do a triathlon? Click here to read more about this amazing athlete who inspires me.

5.) Being Called .... ACE Certified Personal Trainer

~After 11 long months, I finally did it! I passed the ACE Personal Training Exam!

I can count maybe 10 moments I've felt like telling myself, "You Rock!" This was one of those moments, seeing "Congratulations" written on that computer screen was a moment I'll never forget! Welcoming my new career until I retire was a proud moment.

Now hire me biznatches! ;)

That dub fx was pretty awesome :-) You don't have to go very far in our community, do you, to find inspiration. Somebody, somewhere, has it goin on!

Congrats on the certification! Sometimes, the certificate is just a formal stamp on what we already know and do :-) Congrats!!!
