- Hold the Plank for 1 min or longer maintaining good form.
- Do 5 push ups the last 15 seconds to fatigue!
- Tighten your abdominal wall but don't hold your breath.
- ROCK STAR MOVE-do it one legged.
- Drink a Margarita to celebrate!

very impressive. i can't do this. but, there appeared to be slight cheating. the feet weren't straight down on ball, so there was more surface area. i'd like to see a video with shannon tipton doing it with her toes straight down and i'd kill to see her do it one legged.
