Hey stranger, is this your once a year post?
Welcome back.
When you get notices from your high school reunion committee chairman that 10% of your class is dead..... that inspires me to get out of bed and not become a statistic.... (gloomy, huh?)

Seeing the progress I have made during the last 7 months and also knowing I have so much farther to go. Since my goal doesn't have anything to do with the porn industry I know I have to get out of bed and go after them!

I'm inspired by goals and, by reaching them, being an inspiration to others.

I am inspired by the stories of other athletes. When I am learning the others' experience I get both: motivation and useful advices. The following resource was also of great help for me - militarygradenutritionals.com/blog/. Among other interesting things, I have also read there about the importance of proper nutrition. I even started taking the supplement they wrote about, that was Multipurpose High-Potency Super Nutritional Complex. I was pleasantly surprised when I've noticed the first results. My strength and endurance went up, making my workouts much more effective. My shape has improved and I've even lost weight without any special diet.
