6 ways to work it....

Mr. Valentine here is very precise with his instruction on these 6 core exercises.

-I love his "punch your stomach" analogy-make sure to breath!
Hold your core in when doing each and every one of these exercises.

-Men's Fitness magazine says 30% harder doing a plank on the ball-I bet that's higher-hold that for 1 minute! Yowza....

-When doing the rollout-be careful! I see about 8 out of 10 people do this wrong. DON'T LET YOUR LOWER BACK DIP!

-Use a partner or do this in front of a mirror-good form is key!

-The plank rotation is my new favorite and I'm up to 4 min.

-Finally....dude what's up with the converse?

Yeah, I bet it's really only like five percent harder because you know how men are! Always exaggerating how hard (not to mention how big) it is!

Except me. I don't NEED to exaggerate, sister!
