Smile It's Hump Day!

Summer Time!

-There is only one condition to the "hawk."  "Mouth off buddy and I'm shaving it all off!"  He almost went the whole summer last year.  Let's hope he makes it to labor day this summer. :)  Don't you wish you were a kid again?

I love hawks on kids, but you're right, it does seem to grant them 'tude.

Ha! I love his expression in this picture, too. Is that the way he looks at you when he's mentally mouthing off? ;)

Pffttt! This summer heat'll wilt that hawk in a week!

Have it bronzed, sister. That'll do it.

man what a clever way to get him to behave. He gets what he wants and you do too!!

I wonder how I would look with a hawk

Yes, the faux hawk. I sported one for the Disney marathon once. It lasted until mile 2 until tipping over in a defeated heap of hair and humidity.

that is GREAT!! I let my 15 year old sport one every now and then. What the heck... it does not hurt anything and it is FUN!!

Two things:
A) I wish I had hair again
B) Who says we aren't kids?
(oh, that's right, kids have hair)

Love the hair!

Seems like a good deal.. a way to keep him in line for a bit. Of course, I'd be mentally weighing each "choice" to see if it was worth it.. hehe

The Hawk is cute.

I have a similar deal with my 12 year old daughter who wished to sport blue hair this summer. I said "Summer is okay for blue, but when school starts back to a color that hair generally is naturally. AND if she is a surly, mouth pre-teen. No more blue!" So far so good...

Love the hawk. We had the fo-hawk going around school in may ... it was the "in" thing to do.
