Play Over......Now on to the gym!

I was so excited to teach this morning.  I haven't worked out since Monday night.  With the laryngitis & play I was really glad to get up and teach this morning.  I still have my sexy, sultry Lauren Bacall sounding voice and I'm still a little stuffy but overall it was a great morning.

Today's Workout:
~1 hour Spin (Out & Back IEZ ride) FULL CLASS! :)
~1/2 Beginner Spin

Weights:
-3x/10 rep 37 pound Bicep curls-using a Tricep Olympic Bar
-3x/10 rep Tricep Dips on a Stability Ball
-3x/12 rep 25 pound Chest Press
-3x/10 rep 25 pound Up-right Rows
-3x/10 rep Ab rolls on a incline bench using 25 pnd plate
-2x/14 rep leg raises on a Stability Ball

Napping later......

I definitely slept the whole day away today. Opps. Full force this week though, back to teaching :p

Good plan. I need to map out what I'm going to do before I go more often.

I love some of these exercises. I'll have to incorporate them now that my boot camp is over.

Its always good getting back to your routine. Any good bike trainer workouts you can concoct for me? Up to 2 hours' worth?
