Cinco!

Top Five!
_____________

#1. More Magic Bullet

-I now have my husband on board with "the bullet." We love this little blender, and yes it could mix a mean Margarita.  He's on board with the Smoothies, just not the green ones.  Have I mentioned the Green Smoothie Challenge?

#2.  Clean Eating

-Tosca Reno, the Queen of clean eating! Her books are reader friendly and her personal story is inspiring.  She introduced me to clean eating last year through reading Oxygen magazine and I was hooked.  I've been eating clean (80% of the time) for over a year now and it completely changed my body and helped me shed 10 pounds.

#3 Inspiration

-Do you see how neat the numbers were placed on his arm? LOL.....

#4.  Emergen-C
-Throw this in when you make your smoothies.
Awesome product and everyone needs their C.

-I think I paid $50 for these, but well worth every cent.  These headphones fit my small ear holes and they DON'T MOVE! They have great sound quality and haven't given me any problems at all.  When I'm up for a new pair of headphones, you bet I'll be picking them up again.  When I ran my long run this week, Stone Temple Pilots got me through the harder sections.

What track this week got you through your workout?

I'm excited about Shamrock on Sunday!

"If You Seek Amy" was my inspiration this week. I think I had a strong surge during Offspring's "Come out and Play" too.

Oooohhh my goodness! Who is that man?!

Thanks for the heads up on the headphones. I just bought a cheap pair and they SUCK (keep slipping out) Looks like a better fork over some dough for some good ones ;-)

ZOMG!11! I am trying SO HARD not to make some comment about the "small ear holes", but it would serve you right if I did, anyway, sister, because it's just cruel to set me up with a straight line like that!

Track that got me through my workouts this week:

"Me Ear Holes Soooo Small, But Me Still Hear You Loooong Time, Joe!" by Teh Double Entendres.

Scott and i went to check out the "bullet" in the store. it is on my wish list.

I have been eating 80% - 90% clean for well over a month now. Dropped right at 5 lbs without even trying. Feels amazing not to be loading up on a bunch of garbage.

Your #3 makes we want to sign up for the Ironman TODAY!! Still searching for my money tree.

I'm sorry, but in #3, I was NOT noting how neat the numbers were on his arm! There was so much more to gaze upon...

Have fun on Sunday! You'll be great. Did you get your free samples of Emergen-C? And yes, I've had a green smoothie a day for the past five days-- I'm hooked.

Those headphones that came with my "sports" mp3 player sucked. I need some good ones, but I'm not sure I'd pay $50.00!! You get what you pay for though, right?

I wondered about those magic bullets. Walmart was selling them like crazy...

Those headphones look great! I like that style, maybe I'll look at dropping the coin for them..

PS, thanks for the kind words. :)

You guys are so funny!

#3 is the bachelor "babe" Andy Baldwin.

Nice Eye Candy for this weeks Top 5.....
(my hubby didn't appreciate my humor)

See, I'd run a tri if Bachelor Andy and his pecs were around to cheer me on.

Wow. There are a lot of (how to put this delicately) excitable straight women (gay men?) up in here! Yikes ;-)

Umm . . . glad to know I'm not the only one who can't keep earbuds in her ears. When that brisk Kansas wind hits, blows 'em right on out. I don't know that I care enough to drop the $50, though I would appreciate sound quality that could potentially drown out the whooshing sound of the breeze.

I had a recovery run on Friday, and it was "Homebird" by Foy Vance. It came on in my last mile, and the line "Jimmy could not wait to get home" pushed me to the end.

Ummm, was I SUPPOSED to notice how wonderfully-place #3's numbers were put on his arms? Because all I noticed was... um.. nevermind.

Haaaay #3! He had numbers on his arm? Didn't even see those...

Do you actually know this man and if so we need to know ALL about him - STAT!
